General Terms of Use

2. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transactions

Accounts found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended or permanently closed without prior notice. Any balance remaining in a suspended account may be withheld pending investigation. jillipark's determination of whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final and binding, subject only to applicable legal requirements.
